A black-and-white footage captured the movements of a man who allegedly trespassed on a real estate property.

He appeared suspicious as he moved stealthily around the house to avoid making any noise or drawing attention.

The footage showed both the living room and part of the kitchen area, including several household items.

The suspect, who wore a white shirt and dark pants, walked barefoot around the living room while holding his phone.

He used the phone’s flashlight to illuminate his path, avoiding switching on the lights to prevent alerting anyone.

He took his time, walking around several times as if searching for something specific before carrying away some goods.

The man used both his phone’s flashlight and screen brightness as his main sources of light.

Suspect smiles at CCTV camera before walking away

After wandering about for a while, he was seen unmounting the television before walking away with it.

There weren’t many other items he was seen taking from the living room, as noted in the video caption.

However, he allegedly stole additional items after the television, which appeared to be the most valuable asset captured in the footage.

Before leaving, he even looked directly at the CCTV camera with a grin.
