Why are Githaiga and Wanja Nyarari beefing?
The drama began when Wanja posted on Facebook about congregants who attended a recent service at Bishop Muthee Kiengei’s Jesus Christ Compassion Ministries.

She commented on the massive crowd that gathered for Kaluma Boy’s thanksgiving service, cautioning people against sinning just because they would be accepted at the church.
“It’s not to say that if you’re gay you should continue being gay in church, or if you’re a thief you should continue stealing in church. If you’ve taken someone else’s husband and then repent, you should stop. If you’ve been corrupting young people and ruining their lives, once you repent, you should change,” her post read in part.
The message appeared to trigger Githaiga, who had earlier shared a photo of himself enjoying a drink before attending the service.
He responded on his page, addressing “sinful” individuals who attended, and seemed to take issue with Wanja specifically.
“It is like we did a mistake by going to church, well not from the washirika or the leadership… but from the self-appointed spokesman who deserves to be listened to because she gave KSh 200k.. oooh my,” he wrote, referencing the KSh 200k donation Wanja made during the service.
The drama escalated as Githaiga threatened to expose Wanja’s alleged past regarding her children, prompting Wanja to reveal the details herself.
