They revealed that they were evicted due to their inability to pay rent, leading to the auctioning of their belongings. However, their car was not seized.
In the video, they described how they lost almost everything: from electronics to essential appliances like their washing machine, cooker, fridge, and microwave.
“We’ve been through hell,” they said. “Last month was the hardest time of our lives. From June until now, things have not been easy, but we’ve kept pushing. We lost everything. Thankfully, they didn’t take our car. But everything else was taken. It’s not that they didn’t show us any grace; they really tried to help, but we couldn’t make the rent payments.”
Despite the setback, the couple clarified that they are not seeking financial aid, explaining that they now have a new place to live.
“We didn’t have a place, which is why we had to move in the middle of the night,” they shared.
