Rory returned to Kenya on Friday, October 17, to preach the gospel.
His previous visit to Kenya ended badly after he was wrongfully imprisoned at Kodiaga Prisons in 2019 for 23 days.
Why was Rory Bracken imprisoned in Kenya?
He was charged with not meeting visa requirements and being in Kenya illegally.
After his release, Pastor Rory filed a civil suit against the government, proving that his visit to Kenya was lawful and that his imprisonment was a case of malicious prosecution. The court ruled in his favour, ordering compensation amounting to KSh 560,000 for the wrongful charges.
Rorry Bracken’s new mission in Kenya, financial appeal
The preacher told TUKO.co.ke he has returned to Kenya to preach the word of God and even evangelise to those in prisons.
The Testify World Ministries shared that he would be going to Kodiaga Prisons from October 27 to October 29 for a prison outreach.
He also appealed for financial help to facilitate his mission there.
“They are having 2,600 males and 150 females. On October 27 – 28, we will be meeting males, praying for them and counselling them. Then on 29th October 2025, we will visit the female,” the servant of God said.
Pastor Rory revealed he needs KSh 400,000 to be able to buy food, toiletries and snacks for the prisoners during the visit.
“We therefore request you to support the mission in kind. We have a budget of Ksh 400,000/= to be able to share with the prisoners toiletries, food and snacks,” he said.
He therefore appealed to well-wishers to help him raise this amount to enable him to achieve his mission.
“We welcome donations. You can donate to PayPal brackenrory66@gmail.com or M-Pesa number (+254712631372),” he said.
