Many people voiced concerns about the safety of pressure cookers, with some sharing their own near-miss experiences and others stressing the importance of proper usage.
Master King:
“Mliambiwa mfanye physics mkasema itawasaidia na nani, ona sasa. Let me explain for those who did physics. When a hot pressure cooker is cooled suddenly, the steam inside condenses rapidly, causing a sharp drop in internal pressure. The higher external air pressure then pushes in, showing that rapid cooling causes pressure collapse due to condensation.”
