Why you should not canvass

Career development associated Simon Ingari told TUKO.co.ke that candidates should avoid canvassing as this will lead to disqualification.

Instead, he recommended that job seekers should network and learn from mentors.

“While canvassing is prohibited, you can still seek guidance from mentors or colleagues who have successfully navigated public service recruitment. Learn how they structured their applications, handled interviews, and positioned themselves,” Ingari explained.
