Many praised Nevnina despite still grieving her husband for visiting Mama Ida just a week after she had buried her husband.
Albert Ojwang’s widow, Nevnina, has joined the long list of Kenyans who have visited Raila Odinga’s grave.
Raila was buried in an emotional burial on Sunday, October 19, at his family home at Kang’o Ka Jaramogi.
The ODM leader, who died in his daughter’s arms in India while undergoing treatment, was buried within 72 hours as per his wish.
Did Albert Ojwang’s wife mourn Raila Odinga?
Nevnina and her son, G, visited Raila’s family at Opoda farm before visiting his grave. Dressed in a long red dress and sandals, Nevnina was accompanied by her young son and posed for photos with Mama Ida Odinga and a few relatives.
In one of the photos, Nevnina, was seen being comforted by Ida. The two widows looked emotional during the moment.
The nursing student mourned Raila with a Bible verse, moving netizens.
“Romans 12:15🙏. Fare thee well RAO 😪😪,” she wrote, accompanied by the photos below.
In another photo that has surfaced online, Ojwang’s parents Mzee Meshack and his wife, Eucabeth, visited Raila’s grave together with their only grandson.
The two parents who are still waiting for justice to be served for their son posed at Raila’s grave, full of wreaths.

Did Albert Ojwang’s son start school?
In another story, TUKO.co.ke reported that Ojwang’s three-year-old son started school for the first time.
Ojwang died in police custody on June 8 after being brutally tortured. Postmortem results showed that he died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head and multiple injuries sustained from an assault. Six people suspected of killing the teacher and blogger are still in remand.
On July 7, a month after his death, Ojwang’s wife posthumously celebrated him on his 32nd birthday. Nevnina penned a touching message to the love of her life, moving fans to tears.
Ojwang died two months after officially announcing his relationship with the mother of his child, whom he met through a mutual friend in Kisumu in 2021.
