He lauded his brother for having a big heart, reflecting the relationship he shared with his former sister-in-law even after the divorce.

“Unfortunately, that is what happened, and Pastor Kanyari has a big heart because if I were told to cry because of my ex, I would probably run away (he said amidst laughter). I know we share the same sentiments with many of us seated here. When you are told about your ex and you remember the things they did to you,” he said.
Who will have custody of Bayo’s kids?
Kanyari’s brother said that his family was waiting for their nephews and nieces to be brought home to their father.
“You feel like crying, but now we have someone called Kanyari, we are all gathered here because of Betty Bayo, and today I can say that those kids will come back to his arms, amen,” he said.
He said that their family’s prayer was that their children would get time to play together. The preacher said that Kanyari’s kids spoke better English than their cousins.

Kanyari had previously revealed that his brothers find it hard to take their kids to expensive schools. They see it as a waste of money.
“It is our prayer that they can stay together with their cousins because I also have kids, and they will stay together. They will teach our kids their perfect English. I am so happy that the kids will come back because I was wondering how he will co-parent with a fellow man. Betty was the superglue, and now you cannot co-parent with another man. Wherever he is, let him know we are waiting for what is rightfully ours,” he said.
