Why should Kenyan job seekers network?
Career development associate Simon Ingari warned Kenyan job seekers against canvassing while applying for government jobs, including KUTRRH.
Ingari advised candidates to network, instead, noting that this would increase their chances of securing jobs.
“Canvassing often leads to automatic disqualification. While canvassing is prohibited, you can still seek guidance from mentors or colleagues who have successfully navigated public service recruitment. Learn how they structured their applications, handled interviews, and positioned themselves,” he told TUKO.co.ke.
