Pastor Victor Kanyari has showcased the bond he shared with the mother of his children, Betty Bayo.

Kanyari had previously admitted that he and his ex-wife had a healthy co-parenting style, and he paid his children’s school fees.
Was Betty Bayo financing Kanyari?
The preacher said that Betty, at one point, came to his aid when she offered him KSh 700,000 when he was broke.
Kenyans have admired the relationship between the two, which was drama-free. Kanyari maintained that he respected her marriage to Hiram Gitau, aka Tash.
The preacher has been sharing TBT pictures with the mother of his children, igniting mixed reactions on social media.
In one of the photos, Kanyari was seen holding the camera inside an elevator while Bayo was on her phone.
In another, he shared a photo of a plate that was printed with a photo of the musician and himself while holding each other.
The plate was gifted to them during a trip to Thailand. Kanyari shared recently that Bayo made him travel the world.
He admitted that he did not love travelling, and while with her, he did it to please her.
“Nowadays, because of politics, I have tried walking here and there. Bayo was the first person to take me to Thailand. The first time getting into an aeroplane, she was the one who made me do so. When we went to Thailand, she lied to me, telling me that we were going there only for a week. I love the church so much that I never go out of the church. We stayed there for two months. The visa was valid for two months. I was so angry. The second time she told me that we were going for two weeks in China, but we ended up staying there for a month,” he said.
He also leaked a WhatsApp screenshot of a conversation he had with his children via Bayo’s phone.
How much did Sky ask from her dad?
She had taken their kids to the dentist, and Sky, their eldest, was asking her father for money to top up.
Sky revealed that she was getting braces and needed KSh 35,000 from her father as a top-up.
The preacher did not provide the context of the screenshot, but Kenyans questioned why he posted it.
“Baba, I’m having braces. I need an extra KSh 35,000 top-up, please. Total is KSh 95,000.”
She also accompanied the request with videos.

Who will get custody of Kanyari’s kids?
In other news, Kanyari’s brother, Jackson, said that the kids belonged with their biological father.
He said the family could now wait until Bayo’s children reunited with their cousins.
Kenyans on social media were irked by his sentiments, and he later apologised.
