JSC published an advertisement in the Daily Nation newspaper on Friday, November 21, 2025, inviting Kenyans to submit their academic and professional certificates.

JSC is a constitutional commission that was created in accordance with Article 171 of the 2010 Kenyan Constitution to support and enable the judiciary’s independence and accountability, as well as the effective, transparent, and efficient administration of justice.

When is the deadline for JSC jobs?

The commission said interested and qualified individuals have until Friday, December 5, 2025, to submit their applications.

“All applications should reach the commission no later than Friday, December 5, 2025, at 5:00pm. Only shortlisted and successful candidates will be contacted. Canvassing in any form will lead to automatic disqualification.

The Judicial Service Commission is an equal-opportunity employer and selects candidates on merit through fair and open competition from the widest range of eligible candidates,” the advertisement reads.

JSC asked suitable applicants to submit their cover letters, Curriculum Vitae, clearance and compliance documents through its recruitment portal.

It clarified that JSC recruitment services are free of charge. The JSC recruitment email is recruitment@jsc.go.ke.

Which documents should applicants prepare?

Career development associate Simon Ingari pointed out that most government jobs require successful candidates to submit clearance and compliance certificates.

This aligns with Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity, which outlines the standards for public officers.

“Please prepare Chapter Six documents on time since most government jobs require compliance with the 2010 Constitution. That means you must submit a certificate of good conduct from DCI, a KRA tax compliance certificate, HELB clearance, EACC clearance and a CRB report from a recognised institution,” Ingari told TUKO.co.ke.

Which jobs the Tourism Regulatory Authority announce?

In related news, the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) advertised jobs for drivers.

TRA said applicants must have a minimum grade of D plain in KCSE.

The agency set a deadline to submit CVs.
