According to preliminary investigations, Owino and his girlfriend checked into the apartment on Friday, November 28, for a weekend stay.

On Saturday, November 29, they were joined by a male friend, and the three reportedly drank through the night until early Sunday morning.

The woman told police the friend left the house shortly afterwards when an argument broke out between the two.

Owino allegedly assaulted the woman before she allegedly demanded that the victim leave the room.

It is during this scuffle that she is believed to have pushed him over the balcony railing before she returned to sleep without attempting to find out what might have happened to the boyfriend.

The victim was found by security guards sprawled on the rooftop of a parked salon car moments after plunging from the balcony.

What did the video capture after the man fell?

According to guards and neighbours, they heard a loud thud before they rushed to the parking lot, only to discover Owino’s body with injuries and broken legs.
