Amid it all, a video from September resurfaced, showing Dacha taking Bilal to a weight loss clinic.

Dacha began using Ozempic to aid her slimming journey. By January, she had already lost 17 kg since starting the medication in August 2024. Starting at 152 kg, she had reduced her weight to 135 kg, gradually losing around a kilogram per week, aiming for 115 kg.

The video shows the two at the clinic, engaging in conversation.

Bilal wore a blue t-shirt and jeans and used a walking stick. The clip then showed him speaking to a woman, seemingly the clinic officer, before being admitted into a procedure room.

He lay on his back and laughed as an injection was administered into his arm, although it was unclear whether it was an Ozempic shot.
