Interview with Ndumiso Vundla, Exness Client Relationship Regional Manager
Exness has expanded its presence across Sub-Saharan Africa with the opening of its new Cape Town office, marking a key milestone and demonstrating the company’s long-term commitment to the region’s traders, local talent, and financial growth.

In light of this new office, we sat down with Ndumiso Vundla, Exness Client Relationship Regional Manager, to discuss what this means for local traders, how his team is building stronger relationships, and how technology and human understanding are merging in today’s trading world.
The opening of the South Africa office marks an important milestone for Exness in Sub-Saharan Africa. From your perspective, what does this mean for your clients and the region?
For us, this is much more than an expansion. It shows that we are truly committed to the region. We are investing not only in a local office but also in local talent, people who bring valuable insights and expertise that help us serve our traders better.
For our clients, this means a deeper understanding of local needs, resulting in better, more tailored solutions that meet the needs of African traders. The Cape Town office will serve as a regional hub, strengthening our relationships with both clients and partners. Most importantly, it also builds trust. When traders see that their broker has a real presence in their region, it gives them confidence and a sense of long-term stability.
How will this local presence improve the way you and your team serve traders across Sub-Saharan Africa?
Having a base in South Africa allows us to offer truly local support. We can respond faster, adapt our solutions more effectively, and communicate more clearly because we understand the market.
Being closer to traders also helps bridge the gap between global technology and local realities. It ensures that every trader feels seen, supported, and understood, which is hard to achieve from a distance. This closeness enables us to build relationships that go beyond transactions, turning everyday interactions into lasting partnerships.
What are some of the key qualities you see in traders across the region, and how does Exness meet their expectations?
Traders in our region are ambitious, informed, and resilient. They take trading seriously and expect fairness and transparency from their brokers. They value advanced technology and open, honest communication.
At Exness, we understand that traders are not just looking for tools, they want a partner who listens, adapts, and grows with them. That is what we aim to be: a trusted partner that understands the market’s challenges and provides stability through consistent performance.
What sets Exness apart in its approach to building client relationships in Sub-Saharan Africa?
Many brokers enter the region with a focus on short-term results, but Exness takes a long-term view. Our relationships are built on transparency, reliability, and consistency. Traders can expect the same trading conditions whether the markets are calm or volatile.
Trust, however, is not earned through words but through actions. Every withdrawal processed and every trade executed smoothly strengthens that trust. This is how we build relationships: through consistent performance, each and every day.
We also see ourselves as part of the regional trading ecosystem, not just a service provider. Our goal is to create genuine connections, support local growth, and build a community where trust and transparency define the trader-broker relationship.
How do you see technology shaping the way brokers connect with traders, and where does the human element still matter most?
Technology has completely transformed trading. It gives us the tools to make the trading experience faster, simpler, and more efficient. However, at Exness, technology is not the end-goal; it’s the way we make our clients’ experience smoother and more empowering.
Our better-than-market conditions are not just advanced features; they give traders control, confidence, and peace of mind, enabling them to trade reliably regardless of market conditions.
Even so, the human element remains at the core of everything we do. Listening, understanding, and connecting are what turn technology into trust. That is why having a local presence matters so much; it allows us to combine innovation with genuine human connection.
For Ndumiso Vundla, the new Cape Town office reflects Exness’ long-term commitment to South Africa and its traders. As technology continues to evolve, Exness has actively chosen to be close to its clients both digitally and in person, ensuring that transparency, reliability, and understanding remain at the heart of every interaction. The company’s growing presence across the region proves its belief that lasting progress begins with proximity, people, and trust.
