Anyango claimed that one of Jaramogi’s wives was the one who brought her into the former Vice President’s home, where she was taken in as a wife.

However, while hosting people at her home in Kasipul, Wenwa chose to address the lady where she mentioned that when her father married a second wife, after their mother, Mary Juma.

“First of all, Jaramogi initially married (second wife) in 1968. His second wife was called Gaudencia Adeya and that lady who was the mother of her co, later disagreed with Mzee and left and remarried somewhere else. That is when Mzee married Nyangi’s mother, Susan Agik. They had Susan and Omondi. After that there was Mama Betty, and those are the only wives of Jaramogi,” she said.
