Dibul revealed that he was arrested and stayed two days at the airport. He revealed that he was with musician Avril, DJ Daffy and MC Gogo.
He asked Kenyans travelling to Dubai for performances to do their due diligence and to be careful.
“I was arrested and stayed in the airport for two days. I was released on Monday morning. Avril was there since around 3 o’clock. DJ Daffy and MC Gogo were also in that case, and they stayed there from morning till the time for their show came. It is something that has been going on for some time. People need to be very careful. Before you even pay to travel, do your due diligence,” he said.
Baby Top warned the promoter that was behind Dibul’s travel to Dubai. She wondered why the promoter did not let Dibul stay in Kenya and continue with his club appearances.
She noted that Dibul was a busy man and should not waste his time being arrested and deported.
“And to the person behind all that, because we know you, why wouldn’t you have just let him stay here and do his work instead of taking him there to be deported? He is a busy man,” she responded.

What happened between Dorea and DJ Dibul?
In other news, rumour has it that DJ Dibul and his partner, Dorea Chege, have parted ways.
During Dorea’s birthday in early January, the couple was not spotted together. It was unusual for fans because he always goes above and beyond for the thespian’s special days.
Dibul’s birthday happened shortly after Dorea’s, and he received birthday wishes from his celebrity friends, save for Dorea.
The two reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram. They are yet to confirm or deny rumours that they have parted ways.
