Yaytseslav shared short versions of these videos on popular platforms such as TikTok and YouTube, but the full footage was exclusively uploaded to his private Telegram channel, where he charges a monthly subscription fee.

The videos, featuring women from various countries, including Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana, have raised serious ethical questions and sparked a broader conversation about consent and privacy.

What did Kenyans say about Yaytseslav’s videos?

Amid the debate, a Kenyan influencer has blamed Kenyan men. Going by Easter Kojwang on Facebook, the woman argued that Kenyan men should protect women.

“Rwandan and South Sudanese men would have had that despicable Russian arrested in his dingy bedsitter immediately.

But instead, the Kenyan brothers were busy shifting blame and castigating the women. Hold that man accountable,” she demanded on Saturday, February 14.

Her post was met with quite divisive reactions, with many men differing with her.

“The Russian guy is wrong for recording without their consent, but women, too, should change their ways and character.”

Mwehndwer:

“Is this the husband of one of them?”
