Safaricom announced its 2026/2027 internship programme on its website and encouraged graduates and students to submit their applications through its recruitment portal.
Who is eligible for the Safaricom attachment and internship programmes?
The telco noted that the three-month attachment programme for ongoing students will have intakes in April, July, October and January 2027.

The six-month internship programme is for recent graduates who graduated within the last 12 months and students awaiting graduation. The intakes are in April and October.
Safaricom invited applicants from diverse disciplines, including human resources, finance, public relations, communications and supply chain.

- Be accessible full-time throughout the chosen intake period.
- Candidates should apply for only one intake per calendar year.
- Applicants must commit to the programme for its full duration, which is three or six months and cannot be extended.
