Koskei wanted to quit
In the wake of his demise, it emerged that Nick was still searching for something more even as his career took shape.
In January, he confided in a close friend, Russell, about feeling torn between stability and ambition and was considering leaving his job to pursue bigger dreams.
Now, those plans have been cruelly cut short after the budding journalist met his sudden death in the line of duty.
