Purity Kendi recently went viral after videos of her were posted online by a man she claims had been blackmailing her.

The distressed mother went public and apologised to Kenyans, adding that she had been offered KSh 20,000 to record the videos.

Kendi, who earns a living as a mama mboga, was, thrown into confusion when the clips were shared online.

In a story with a positive twist, she has become the face of the real estate company and was warmly received by the team in an emotional ceremony that symbolized a new beginning.

Apart from the brand ambassadorial deal, Kendi was also gifted a plot in Juja valued at KSh 600,000.

Why Kendi was given ambassadorial role

In a statement announcing the partnership, the company indicated that everyone deserves a second chance to rise and do better in life.

Elsewhere, Nairobi environment chief officer Geoffrey Mosiria has shared details on how he rescued a young lady who was being assaulted.

He narrated how he came across the young lady who claimed her boyfriend beat her up for drinking excessive alcohol.

Visibly annoyed by the incident, Mosiria questioned why the man was assaulting the lady and paid a boda boda to take the girl to her mother’s place.
