Evangelist identifies deceased, mourns her death
Evangelist Mercy Nungari identified the deceased as, Margaret Waithera, a mother of two young children who met her tragic end in a painful manner.
“She was brutally murdered as she was going home, in an area where many have been butchered by unknown evil men hiding in the bushes. Where are we safe? May the Lord watch over these innocent angels,” she wrote, sharing photos of the late Margaret Waithera.
Resident claims killer is a known suspect
Facebook user Mtetezi Mohoro shared more details, claiming that the suspect is a well-known man who has allegedly been attacking and killing people in the area.
“The person who stabbed her is the same man who has been stabbing people around the Kiserian area. We chased him from Mlimani all the way to Progressive Road, but he escaped into the forest near the area bordering Shalom Village,” he alleged.
He also shared photos of terrified residents as they tried to comprehend the horrific incident.
Police launch investigations in Kajiado
A few police officers arrived at the scene and began thorough investigations into the disturbing matter.
They were assisted by locals who cooperated with authorities in an effort to track down the suspect and bring him to justice.

Photos of the deceased revealed her tender, motherly side; one captured her joyfully carrying her child on her back.
She appeared happy as she lovingly looked at the little one, who rested peacefully on her back during the bonding moment.

Machakos mum speaks after daughter’s killing
In a separate incident, Josephine Ndunda, the mother of a young woman reportedly stabbed to death by her alleged husband, spoke out.
The Machakos mum revealed that her daughter, Virginia Wayua Nzioki, was set to join university in January 2026.
Ndunda recounted the chilling phone call she received from the suspect, who allegedly sent her disturbing photos.
