Mama Gift needed money to take her baby to India for specialised treatment, and because of desperation, she ended up online to seek help. TikTokers heard her plea and organised to help her raise money for the little boy, and it all culminated in a grand visit.
TikTokers did not only gift cash to the woman, but they also bought a machine for the boy and backup one in case the lights go out.
Why did Mama Gift ask for forgiveness?
Thousands of people visited Mama Gift, and during that time, Kiengei was also slated to visit, but he did not show up. It emerged that he may have been offended by some TikTokers.
“Personally, I did not say anything wrong with the heart he had for helping this child to get help. May God make him help us. He should help us so that the baby gets help and he gets treatment,” she said.
Sonnie, who had gone to see Mama Gift, also pleaded with Kiengei and the compassionate members at the Jesus Compassionate Ministry (JCM) to help the young woman.
“I have been here and it is very hard, please Kiengei, I don’t know what was said about you but please help this woman,” she said.
