Isiaho went missing in the early hours of Monday, November 3, en route to the examination headquarters to collect KCSE papers.
How Teacher Isiaho disappeared
Kemboi, Kesha chairman, Kakamega county, told TUKO.co.ke that Isiaho left home around 5:30 am and drove to Turbo to refuel before proceeding to pick up the papers.
However, his vehicle was involved in a crash at the notorious Muge black spot near Omega, close to the Lumakanda bus parking bay on the busy Eldoret–Malaba Highway.
Residents who discovered the scene say the car showed signs of involvement in an accident, yet there was no sign of the driver.
Searches of nearby hospitals and mortuaries have so far produced no trace of him, and his phone remains switched off.
“It is alleged that he came out of the vehicle fine and walking. What transpired next is not clear,” the chairman explained.

Bizzare development in missing teacher’s case
Disturbingly, officers who visited his home found the door ajar, heightening the family’s fear and the community’s sense of unease.
Colleagues describe Shange as a committed headteacher who was travelling on official duty to ensure the safe collection and delivery of examination scripts to protect his students’ integrity.
“He left before dawn to make sure everything was in place for the KCSE candidates. For this to happen to him is heartbreaking,” one teacher said, voice breaking.
Local police have opened an investigation and launched a search operation, while family, students and residents have rallied to keep vigil and assist in looking for leads.
Unanswered questions in missing teacher’s case
Questions abound: Did the crash force him from the vehicle? Was he taken elsewhere? Or did something more sinister occur after the accident? For now, answers remain elusive.
The community is appealing to anyone with information; drivers, traders, or commuters who were on the Eldoret–Malaba Highway early Monday, to come forward.
As prayers and searches continue, Munyuki Secondary and the wider Lugari community cling to hope for Mr Isiaho’s safe return.
If you have information that could lead to the teacher’s safe return, please contact the nearest police station immediately.
