Bayo’s husband was seated next to the children, Sky Victor and Danny, before he walked to the front to speak.
He admitted that Bayo’s death was a shock to him and the kids. He also introduced Sky and Danny as his children.
“How are you guys? I am Tash, Bayo’s husband. This is home, and you are welcome. I want to thank you for praying for us and being with us. I welcome you to Blue Springs, also. The support you have given us is immense. We used to live with my departed wife here, and I have my kids here who will only say hi. These are my kids. We lived here with Bayo as a family. It was a shock, and they will not speak today,” he said.
Kenyans on social media had hailed him as a thoughtful man who loved and adored his wife. A section compared him to Kanyari.
Kanyari admitted that he loved Bayo, but he respected the fact that she was married to Tash.
Kanyari says he respects Tash
He revealed that the gospel musician had dumped him, and it was never his choice to break up with her, but he respected her decision.
The preacher also added that he had respect for Tash, and his daughter Sky made him and Bayo’s hubby have a cordial relationship.

The preacher noted that Sky would call Tash daddy, and he never had trouble with that, as he also loved his children.
In an exclusive interview with Obidan Dela, who has been hanging out with Kanyari’s team, he noted that there was no reason for Kenyans to take sides since the two were coordinating behind the scenes.
“They are working together. I do not know why some people are saying this and others that, but we should support both parties. They have both lost someone who was very dear to them,” he said.
