In an advertisement on its Facebook social media page, the firm invited interested and suitable individuals with a minimum grade of D+ in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) to visit its recruitment centre.

What is the application process for Wells Fargo Kenya jobs?
The recruitment date is Saturday, November 22, at Fargo Kisumu, located at Ndugu Transport Godown in Mamboleo, along Kisumu Muhoroni Road.
The company said applicants must be physically fit and of high integrity.
“Are you physically fit, a person of great ethics, and prepared to work as a member of a professional security team? To bolster our front-line security personnel, Wells Fargo Ltd. is seeking 20 dedicated female security guards.
Applicants must provide a handwritten application letter addressed to the human resources manager, Wells Fargo Ltd, P.O. Box 43370-00100, Nairobi,” the advertisement read.
What are the requirements for Wells Fargo jobs?
- Applicants must submit an original and a photocopy of the KCSE certificate, with a minimum grade of D+.
- The minimum height requirement is five feet, eight inches and the age is 22 to 40 years.
- Two recent colour passport-size photographs.
- An original and a photocopy of the secondary school leaving certificate.
- Original and photocopies of additional academic and professional certificates (optional).
- A photocopy of the Social Health Authority (SHA) universal health ID number.
- An original and a photocopy of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN certificate.
- A letter from the chief or sub-chief of your rural home.
- Three letters of recommendation from your current and former employers (referees must not be Wells Fargo employees, government officers or relatives).
- Bank account details indicating the account number and the branch.
- Detailed sketch maps showing urban and rural residences.
- Highlight your employment history with references from former employers.
- A National Social Security Fund (NSSF) card.
- A police clearance certificate from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
The security firm warned job seekers that failure to provide any of the above documents may result in disqualification.

“Wells Fargo Ltd reserves the right to reject any applications, selection or appointment,” it added.
