Mostly women, these ladies spend good money, or sometimes get procedures in exchange for marketing the establishments performing them.
The two most common procedures are weight loss with Ozempic and BBL.
Lilian Awino, a surgical nurse specialising in liposuction, told TUKO.co.ke that the link between the BBL and Ozempic is important for anyone considering body contouring.
“Ozempic reduces appetite and blood sugar, causing rapid fat and muscle loss throughout the body. The backside, being a major fat storage area, can lose volume, sag, and appear less firm.
BBL can address this by transferring fat from areas like the abdomen or thighs into the backside, restoring shape, lift, and volume.”
TUKO.co.ke listed some of the Gen Z influencers who have undergone either or both procedures.
1. Pritty Vishy

After the BBL, Vishy opted for Ozempic weight loss. She shared a video of getting a shot and dismissed criticism about the treatment. Vishy said it costs KSh 65,000 monthly.
