The report from the DCI came days after Jirongo’s family demanded answers from the investigators to determine how their kin ended up in Naivasha, yet he was earlier in Nairobi and was being awaited at his home in Gigiri.

The agency said the investigations will continue to a conclusion, with the forensic experts set to revisit the scene and also collect the accounts of the passengers of the Climax Coaches bus involved in the accident.
