Did Maurice Ogeta gift family members?
In November, photos and a video emerged, showing Ogeta visiting his newly completed three-story apartment building in Bondo.
The building, painted in grey and white with water tanks on the roof, is a gift from Ogeta to his family.
He gifted each family member a one-bedroom, self-contained apartment.
Inside Maurice Ogeta’s home
As reported earlier, Okanga shared photos he took with Ogeta on social media after the event.
According to Okanga, Ogeta would always ensure he had access to Raila.
“He never blocked anyone from accessing Baba. From my interactions with both of them, Maurice was extremely loyal, and the bond they shared was very close. Today, I am here to check on him and see how he is coping with life after two months of deep grief, crying day and night since Baba’s burial.”
The images offered a glimpse of Ogeta’s permanent bungalow. On the outside, Ogeta’s compound is accessed via a black gate in a sparsely populated area.

The compound is quite large, and there is another bungalow in it. Ogeta’s house is built using decorative stones and a maroon-coloured roof.
The compound has numerous trees, giving it a lush feel.
The front of the house has a huge veranda that leads to the living room.
