There was another moment of pride and quiet celebration after former Cabinet Secretary Kiprono Chelugui’s daughter, Eleanor Jeruto Kiprono, graduated abroad.
Chelugui praised Eleanor’s resilience and focus and gifted her an apartment in Nairobi, symbolising both a reward and a foundation for the next chapter of her life.
For Eleanor, the graduation cap marked the end of one journey, while the keys to a new home opened the door to another.
