First, if you are confident, you will get a good grade. But other students get their confidence from grades, and when they fail, they lose their confidence. You should draw your confidence from what you are good at, not just grades. Instead of focusing on grades, I would prefer focusing on acquiring skills around what they are good at. Even though some organizations still emphasize academic degrees, industries have embraced technical skills and creativity.
