1. Treasury business analyst – Deadline: Friday, January 23
Through market research, data analysis, business need collection, and insight generation, among other tasks, the jobholder will assist in the implementation of the bank’s treasury strategy.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in business analysis, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar analytical tools, alongside solid financial modelling skills.
2. Manager (revenue assistance), Finserve – Deadline: Friday, January 23
The jobholder will support the execution of the cost and revenue assurance for all products and services of the various business lines under Finserve.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, statistics, accounting, economics, commerce, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in a similar capacity and/or experience in revenue assurance or billing processes, with demonstrated ability to document such processes.
- Three years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
3. Relationship officer (pamoja banking) – Deadline: Wednesday, January 21
He or she will support the company to achieve its objectives at the branch level and will be responsible for all group lending activities at the branch level.
Requirements:
- A university degree in a business-related course, education, social sciences or a diploma in business related course.
- Overall C+ in KCSE and C+ in mathematics
- Two to three years of experience
- Sales experience is an added advantage.

4. Valuer, credit administration (compliance & documentation) – deadline: Jan 21
The role is responsible for supporting sound credit decisions and effective risk management by reviewing and validating valuation reports.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, land economics or property valuation.
- A postgraduate diploma or master’s in property valuation, real estate, finance, or risk management.
- At least five years of experience in valuation.
5. Regional relationship manager (SMEs Northern Kenya) – deadline: Jan 21
The key roles are business development, customer service and people management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience in commercial credit, financial analysis, or banking.
6. Talent and capability manager – deadline: Monday, January 12
The jobholder will support the implementation of talent management initiatives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- At least seven years of experience in talent management.
