Renowned mixmaster DJ Mo has opened up about his past scandals that almost shook his marriage with gospel singer turned pastor Size 8.

Mo’s wife, Size 8, had in the past revealed that she and her husband spent an entire night praying in a hotel room following intense allegations of infidelity in their marriage.
Despite public pressure for her to leave, she chose to stay and support her husband, aiming to love him with the same grace she believes Christ shows her.

Size 8 clarified that the hotel stay was a deliberate spiritual getaway to seek divine guidance and healing for their relationship rather than a sign of separation.
In a podcast that Mo and Daddy Owen have, the father of two narrated what happened on the day the news broke to the public.
“I think my wife is usually led, that day we were in town running errands, and then she said, let us look for a place and just chill. From nowhere my phone started buzzing. It started on Instagram. Then she also started getting the buzz. She could see them and was not asking me anything, and I am also not sharing anything,” he said.
Mo added that friends started calling him, and he would hang up on some of his friends, pick up some and walk away to talk on the phone.
“One time, she asked me why I was so worried, and I told him there was something I was chasing. You know that time you feel hot in your stomach, you feel like you want the world to swallow you up,” he added.
Mo added that before the scandal broke, he had mentioned something similar to Size 8, so she was aware of what had happened, but they did not know it would be scandalous.
“That day, we did not go home; we took a room. It was a nightmare I had never seen. I did not shower for two days. It drained me, I could not think,” he further said.

When did DJ Mo and Size 8 get married?
The mixmaster, Size 8 and DJ Mo celebrated a colourful, all-black-themed wedding in Sigona, Kiambu County, shortly after their romantic Valentine’s Day engagement.
The private ceremony was attended by close family members and fellow celebrities, following years of marriage and a public period of separation.
While many fans showered the couple with congratulations, some sceptics questioned whether the event was a promotional stunt for an upcoming project.
