Kitale, Kenya: A family is in distress after their 15-year-old daughter, identified as Sarah Barasa, aka Magogo, went missing on Tuesday after she was sent to buy ream paper, which was one of her requirements for school.

Her brother told TUKO.co.ke Gilbert Wafula Barasa, Sarah is a Form Three student at Hill School Secondary School, and all had not been well with his younger sister for some time, as her grades had started slipping, and the family was concerned.
They alleged that a local teacher may have distracted her, but he claimed that they had reported the matter to the police.
How can Kenyans help with Sarah’s case?
The family is now keen on finding their daughter and is appealing to her to return home, and if someone has seen her, they should urge her to come home.

“Kindly repost widely so she can see this; she disappeared, and we haven’t seen her! Please, if you find to see her anywhere, report to the nearest police station. Thank you,’ he said.

Kisumu family in agony as son goes missing
In a similar story, Jezreel Okoth Junior, who was also due in school on Tuesday, January 6, never set foot there and has since gone missing.
According to his father, Oscar Ogutu, and mother, Caroline Atieno, he went missing after he was sent to the store for one of the requirements needed for school, as he was preparing to leave for Sawagongo Boys High School.
Ogutu said they have been looking for him everywhere to no avail and have since turned to the public for help.
