Betty Bayo’s daughter, Sky Victor, has opened up about the reactions from netizens concerning her recent action towards her father.

Sky and her brother returned from the UK, where they had gone to visit their late mum’s friend and were picked up by her two dads.
However, she looked quiet and nonchalant, so her biological father. Pastor Kanyari tried to cheer her up, but nothing worked.
Why was Sky Victor sad at the airport?
This led to some claims that she was either being rude to her dad or that she did not want to return home. Sky shared a video to set the record straight.

“You see me posting a video of me being happy or whatever, and you people are saying that I have moved on so fast. You do not know what is happening. What I post is not what is happening every day. A video I may post may be from a long time ago or a week ago, so you do not know how someone is feeling. Just because I post being happy does not mean I am happy. Some people post about being rich, but they are not rich in real life. Social media is not what it seems.”
Sky added that people may never know if she cries daily or regularly visits her mum’s grave because she does not post much of such content.
She also addressed claims that she was having an attitude after returning from the UK with her brother. They had travelled to stay with their mum’s best friend, Shiro Stuart, for the holidays.
Sky was captured looking bored as her biological father, Pastor Kanyari, tried talking to her, leaving many saying she was being rude to him.
“It is because there was a song on top of the video. My baba (Kanyari) was saying crazy things, and I was like, ‘okay’. And I was so sleepy because I had not slept the whole flight. And you did not know that. Another thing, I have seen people say I am at that stage where she wants everything she wants. I do not have an attitude. I was sleepy, and there were so many cameras on me,” she added.

Did Sky Victor defend Kanyari and Tash?
The late singer’s daughter once released a video addressing the public tension between her biological father, Kanyari, and her stepfather, Tash.
Sky clarified that she loves both of her fathers equally and was not picking sides, urging people to stop spreading rumours and bullying them.
She appealed for privacy and respect for her family, emphasising that the public does not know the full story of what happens behind the scenes.
