Brian Kimaru, better known as MaDVD for his role in the now-defunct Machachari TV show, has appealed for help to find his stolen car.

The actor, who played a street-smart CD seller who romanced househelp Sofia, won fans nationwide with his charismatic performance and even earned a Chaguo La Teeniez Award for Best Actor.

When was MaDVD’s car stolen?
On Monday, January 26, the actor announced that his vehicle had been stolen in Kenya.
He shared an image of the white Toyota Fielder, registration number KDM 458H, noting that the vehicle went missing on Sunday.
“Good people, my car was stolen yesterday.”
Kimaru also shared details of where the vehicle was last located.
“The car tracker ping was last picked up in Umoja Inner Core. Kindly share with family and friends. Thank you.
If you happened to see my car, kindly inform the police,” he concluded.
One netizen asked him to share the same with Sikika Road Safety for amplification.
“How do you go about it?” Kimaru asked.
“They are on Facebook, inbox them search Sikika Road Safety. You can even find their number on their wall. You can send them pics of the car. Pole sana,” the netizen wrote.
It is unclear whether the actor was in Kenya at the time when the vehicle was stolen.
