The lovebirds got married in 2023, a few weeks after their engagement on Valentine’s Day, barely a year after Toto was elected into office.
Photos from the lovebirds’ private proposal went viral, with netizens branding Nifty the most romantic Kalenjin man.
Toto and her man are always serving couple goals to the envy of many. Recently, the youngest MP turned 27, and her husband pampered her with love.
“It’s an aura day of joy for the love of my life; I wish you God’s guide, favour, love, and ataraxia as you grow more wiser and stronger. Indeed you’ve been of a great blessing to my life, a woman full of wit and zeal to serve a nation at your tender age. I am so happy for you, darling. Happy birthday, Mama Nicole. We love you so much,” he wrote accompanied by cute photos of them together.
Toto is looking forward to a re-election come August 2027 and has been busy campaigning in her county.

The Bomet woman representative and her husband are blessed with one child, Nicole Chela.
The lovebirds welcomed their first child in July 2024, and Kim has always described his wife as a great mother to their daughter.

Nicole, all grown up and dressed in a denim dress and matching jacket, white stockings and pink open shoes, stole the hearts of many. The little girl looked playful with her hands raised. Commenting on Toto’s family photo, netizens noted that her daughter is cute.

In a video shared on TikTok by Chero, the two sisters were sitting in cosy leather seats in Toto’s living room as they enjoyed a chat. The look-alike sisters gave fans a hard time differentiating between the two.
