The Principal Secretary, Jonathan Mueke, outlined strict procedures for all applicants.

Candidates must submit an application for one post only. Multiple applications will likely lead to disqualification.

The State Department explicitly stated it does not charge any fee for job applications, shortlisting, interviews, or appointments.

The public was warned to be vigilant against fraudsters masquerading as ministry staff to solicit bribes.
