What happened between Samidoh and Nyamu?

The mother of three had previously claimed that she dumped the musician and had no plans of taking him back.

Nyamu and Samidoh have three children together, and back in the day, they would make headlines for their love affair.

Nyamu would also take digs at Samidoh’s wife, which did not sit well with Kenyans. When Edday travelled to the US, the politician referenced her as the first lady.

The senator admitted that she had failed in creating a friendship between her and her co-wife at the time.

When Edday moved to the US, her fans were unaware that she was relocating permanently. Later, she claimed that if she hadn’t moved, her daughter would have been greatly affected.

She also added that her eldest daughter was greatly affected, and if it were not for the relocation, she would have been taken to rehab.

Samidoh later revealed during his adoptive father James Gitahi’s memorial mass that he had asked him to stop the online drama.

He also added that his adoptive mother used to pray over him, hoping that one day he would not make headlines for his scandalous love affair.

Samidoh’s father played a huge role in his ending his relationship with the senator. He revealed:

“I remember when in my prime as the Gen Zs put it one time my life was surrounded by a lot of drama and I remember how mum used to pray for me and hope that it would end one day. So this time I went to Maanzoni to say hi to dad and we had a chat. In the middle of the conversation he brought up the issue of the many online drama and his advice on how to end it sounded like a command and a real one from a colonel. I almost responded ‘ndio afande’ and trust me his advice marked the end of the whole drama series.”
