Once at his residence, the footage captured private interactions between him and the women, sparking widespread debate online about how easily he was able to lure them.
According to reports from YEN.com.gh, Truhov had previously engaged in similar activity in Ghana, documenting his encounters in the same way.
The outlet noted that, in some instances, Truhov spent money on dates with the women he interacted with on a romantic level.
He then posted these videos on social media platforms such as TikTok and Telegram, making the incidents public.
Under one Telegram post, he revealed the amounts he spent on dates with some of the women after a netizen asked him about it.
According to Truhov, he did not spend much money, as many of the women did not ask for anything in return. For those he did pay, he claimed the amounts never exceeded $20.
“$20 is enough. Not everyone asks for it,” he wrote in the leaked chats.
A netizen who shared the screenshot on Facebook highlighted the small sum, noting that $20 is just slightly over KSh 2,300, leaving many online users surprised at how little it took for Truhov to go on dates with the women.
