The influencer had recently deleted content from her Instagram account, and she only made a social media comeback on February 18.
Diana, in her cryptic message, admitted that over the past few weeks, she has not been herself and made the decision to delete everything and reset.
“Dear me, when I get you back to your fullness, I’m never losing you again. I promise, over the last few weeks, I stepped away, went quiet, and made the difficult decision to delete everything and begin again. Not because I was running away, but because I needed silence to hear myself. Some seasons have a way of slowing us down and teaching us things we didn’t know we needed to learn. I guess that’s the beauty of life in disguise,” she said.
Diana said she paused to survive, but she still felt exhausted and was still choosing to rise.
“I paused to survive. Honestly, I feel strong but still tired and exhausted. However, I’m choosing to rise anyway because staying silent feels heavier than starting again. One thing that has remained constant is that God’s grace has been sufficient in ways I cannot explain.”
She thanked everyone who checked up on her and apologised for the calls and messages she left unanswered.
Diana thanked her close friends and family, who had been supportive, and her husband was notably missing from the list.
“To everyone who checked up on me, thank you. To everyone who listened to me, I’m indebted to you. To the calls I missed during this season, my apologies; it wasn’t intentional. To everyone who DM’d me, I don’t take your effort for granted; I’m grateful. If you’re in a season that feels heavy or confusing, just know that you are becoming. Lessons come wrapped in discomfort. Give yourself grace. Take your time, and when that time comes, don’t be afraid to jump. Because if God is on your side, who can be against you?
