Nakuru county, Kenya: The Moi Comprehensive School has reacted with relief as the pathology report has not directly implicated them in the death of Moses Ngang’au.
Accoridng to Dr Nguuni of the Nakuru County Teaching and Referral Hospital, the boy died of poor circulation of blood and did not have any major trauma on his body.
“I have relatives who have identified the child for me; his body has not revealed any major trauma; there was just a small trauma on the forehead. I also looked at the chest, upper lips, thighs, head and feet and there was no trauma,” he said.
“Internal examination revealed features of circulatory failure. Initially, the body showed hypoxia, but inside, there was no specific feature to show why the child had circulatory failure,” he added.
Nguluni said that poor circulation occurs as a result of fight or flight, a change in the rhythm of the heart or bleeding.
He also shared that some parts of the body, like blood, liver and kidneys, have been taken for further examination.

Moi Comprehensive School principal speaks on Boys death
In a different story, Madam Caroline addressed allegations after young Mark died at the Moi Comprehensive School in Nakuru.
When the boy died, his parents and other people protested outside the school while demanding answers following his mysterious death.
Initially, the Grade 8 boy was okay while waiting in line to be questioned by a teacher and he fell down.
