“Salome was my niece. I received a call from the landlord around 8:30 pm. I did not know the landlord, but from the way we spoke, I began to accept what had happened. He asked me if I had a relative by the name Salome, and I confirmed. He told me she was heading home from Kisongo, Tanzania, after finishing her errands. Around the airport area, she found a queue of the Prisons Department vehicles. I was told that one of the vehicles had brake failure and hit them from behind. That is how he explained it to me,” said Gamaliel, Salome’s uncle.
