Lorna Kinyua could not hide her excitement as she held the KSh 20,000 moments after her employer paid her. She thanked God for how far she had come, still unable to believe that she was finally making her own money.

Kinyua held the KSh 20,000 notes in her hands and shared a video on TikTok, showing her delight to her followers. She also revealed that this was her very first salary since being employed.

“This is my first time holding KSh 20,000 that belongs to me with my own hands. Just a year ago, I never imagined I would have this much money. Thank you, God, thank you,” she said, kissing the cash in her hands.
